  • Name and contact details (for inquiries via contact form or email)
  • Email address (for newsletter registration)
  • Message texts (for contact forms)
  • Donation details (if a donation is received via bank transfer/PayPal)
  • Usage data from our website (anonymized by Matomo Analytics)

Regular deletion of data

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose or as we are legally obliged to do so.

The data will be deleted or blocked at the latest after the expiry of the statutory retention periods (e.g., 10 years for donation accounting).

Hosting

Our website is hosted by All-Inkl GmbH, Germany.

The personal data collected on this website is stored on All-Inkl’s servers.

Services used

1. Contact forms (WPForms / FluentForms)

When using our contact forms, the data entered (name, email, message) will be stored exclusively for the purpose of processing the inquiry.

2. Newsletter (Brevo / formerly Sendinblue)

3. Analyse (Matomo Analytics)

We use Matomo Analytics for anonymous, cookie-free visitor statistics.

  • Data is stored exclusively on our server (no third-party providers).
  • IP addresses are anonymized.
  • You can deactivate the analysis at any time.

4. Google reCAPTCHA

Our forms are protected by reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. Google (USA) analyzes the visitor’s behavior (e.g., mouse movements).

5. Google Fonts

We use Google Fonts to ensure consistent font display. If not integrated locally, your IP address may be transmitted to Google servers.

Server log files

The provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • IP address (anonymized)
  • Time of server request
